We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of a conveyor cleaning automatic rotating nozzle at a certain food factory. In this factory, the plates used in the filling process were cleaned manually with brushes, which involved inefficient operations of moving several plates and opening doors for cleaning. Additionally, the rinsing efficiency after foam cleaning was poor, leading to the use of large amounts of water, which was also problematic. By introducing a conveyor-specific rotating nozzle, high-impact automatic cleaning eliminated the need for manual cleaning operations, significantly improving efficiency. Here is a case study of the introduction of conveyor cleaning nozzles to a major bread manufacturer. The mesh conveyor used for transport accumulated dough residue, necessitating regular cleaning. Manual cleaning was not only labor-intensive but also posed risks due to the high pressure of 15 MPa, leading to multiple issues such as dirt scattering and secondary contamination.
